2 rooms, corridor, separate bathroom, dressing room, large balcony and good kitchen. The apartment was rented out with a pre-finishing repair - the walls were leveled, the screed on the floor, the electrician was divorced.

I took the apartment myself. I brought a multimeter, a laser level, a bubble level and a thermal imager to the acceptance (I checked the windows, because the acceptance was at the end of November). Of the jambs, I wrote only increased voltage in the apartment. I measured about 300 V. While they were signing the acceptance certificates, the jamb had already been eliminated. By the way, in the future, household appliances burned in several apartments, because. zeros burned out in many places, and voltage control relays set ones.

Unfortunately, a lot of photos from the beginning of the repair have disappeared. Only a small part remained.

The renovation started with plumbing. Decided to do on Rehau. I chose this particular manufacturer, because. It seems to me that the highest quality connections are obtained on rehau + any person, without any experience, is able to assemble everything himself.
He immediately discarded the metal-layer (acquaintances flooded the neighbors and owe 400+k for repairs in court), but there is practically no experience with simple polypropylene pipes, and anyway, from time to time, I hear stories about leaks or weak pressure due to poor-quality connections.

The overlap time, if I'm not mistaken, is 12-15 seconds from the moment the sensor is triggered. Looking ahead, I will say that I installed 5 sensors - 1 in the toilet and 2 each in the kitchen and in the bathroom. By the way, the company of this system is Vugatti =)

This is where I made the biggest mistake of the entire renovation. Made the hatch open down. I had to do it up. After the tiles were laid, it turned out that the door was just VERY heavy, and besides, it cannot be opened all the way down, because. the edges of adjoining tiles just chip off... Now changing the filters is very difficult.

Then I started doing the bathroom. And, a few months after acceptance, I noticed that there was no extractor hood in the bathroom. Wrote a complaint to the builder. I was told that the review period is about 40 days + another 40 days for elimination. In total, it turns out almost 3 months. Especially since I'm not the only one with this problem. Someone decided to wait. They waited, but they just punched a hole in the ventilation shaft. Nobody did any connection to the air duct, which, of course, is not correct.
I had to do it myself.
In the toilet, I almost had to break the wall and pull out a little air duct. Next, fix an ordinary tee by 100mm and bring it out to the bathroom from one branch.

Of course, the draft is not so strong along the branch, but if you first close the ventilation in the toilet with a sheet of paper, then in the bathroom a sheet of paper also sticks. Moreover, the bathroom will have an electric hood.

I made waterproofing on the floor in the bathroom and toilet. He laid a warm floor in the bathroom, poured a self-leveling mortar on top.
We bought a good tile (at least it seems to me so). Firm Emigres (Spain). But, before laying the tiles, I made myself a small homemade tile cutter. It makes no sense to buy an electric tile cutter, it is unprofitable to rent. Spent about 70 minutes creating it.

The vacuum cleaner is connected and the necessary cut is adjusted. The minimum could be cut off by 2 mm - the thickness of the disk. Just enough for 1 repair - tiles in the bathroom, toilet and floors in the kitchen and in the hallway. For the entire repair, ONLY 1 tile was broken, although in all stores it is advised to take "for marriage" + 10%. These 10% now lie with us and take up space))

But, before laying the tiles on the walls, they made the floors. Wanted with a pattern. We chose floors with the 3D effect. No 3D and does not smell. This is the second time outsiders have been hired. And the second time was not without jambs (the first time the riser with hot water was soldered and the dryer was transferred). To be honest, we are not very happy with the result. The only plus is that these floors water will definitely not seep through them. So it was possible not to do waterproofing.

The boiler is already hanging on the top right. Next to the toilet is a sink and a hygienic shower.
