In what cases are pre-sale preparations abandoned?

At a pressure of 3 Atm (which is a standard parameter for a water supply system), this pump produces about 14 liters per minute. Essentially, these are two simultaneously open taps, or one very good shower. But, if you are satisfied with a pressure of 2.5 Atm, then this water supply station is already ready to provide water to 3 taps, or 2 showers running simultaneously. I took it to the service center, it seems like there MUST be an almost new “warranty”! It turned out that the oil seal had leaked and two bearings had fallen off. In other words, this is a g...but that works for 3 months and the manufacturer knows this, so the guarantee is only a publicity stunt!

2.1 Features of setting up and repairing the NS
After putting the pumping station into operation, you may be faced with the fact that the pump automation does not work as it should. The problem is an incorrectly configured pressure switch. From the factory, the stations are calibrated to a cut-off pressure of 2.5 Bar and a turn-on pressure of 1.5 Bar. If you purchased the unit assembled, then most likely no adjustment will be required, but if you purchased separate components for subsequent assembly, you will have to adjust them yourself.
The relay circuit is shown in the image, where you can see two clamping nuts. The smaller one is responsible for the upper pressure limit at which the station turns off, the larger one is responsible for the switch-on pressure. Adjusting the relay begins with emptying the hydraulic tank, after which it is necessary to check the air pressure using the pressure gauge built into the tank. If there is no sensor, then you can use a regular car pressure gauge by attaching it to the accumulator nipple. If the actual level of air pressure does not match the required level, pump up air using a pump.
When setting up the pressure switch, keep in mind that the upper limit cannot be increased above the maximum permissible operating pressure level of the hydraulic tank (water + air). To increase the switching pressure, the small nut must be rotated clockwise, to decrease - counterclockwise.

- water is not pumped while the pump is running - you need to check the tightness of the intake hose and the integrity of the check valve;

- operating pressure is reduced - the pump impeller is deformed, which cannot be replaced with your own hands; the services of a service center will be required;
